For Customers Purchasing from Overseas
・Products purchased by customers will be shipped by a shipping company designated by us (Sagawa Express, DHL, or FedEx). The purchaser cannot specify the shipping company. Products will be sent to your registered address. We will cover shipping and insurance fees.
・When shipping overseas, import duties, customs duties, etc., are not included in the selling price. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your country's customs office or the shipping company before purchasing to determine how much these additional costs will be. Customs processing fees are usually billed by the shipping company or collected when you pick up the item.
・If customs fees are refused, the round-trip shipping costs and taxes will be borne by the customer.
