For customers purchasing from overseas:
- The product you purchased will be shipped by a shipping company designated by us (Sagawa Express, DHL, or FedEx). The buyer cannot specify the shipping company. Products will be sent to your registered address. We will bear the shipping and insurance costs.
- When shipping overseas, the sales price does not include import taxes, customs duties, etc. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office or the shipping company about the amount of these additional costs before purchasing. Customs clearance fees are usually charged by the shipping company or collected when you receive the product.
- If customs clearance fees are refused, the buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs and taxes.
- Please make sure to receive the product after paying customs duties. Please note that if you refuse to receive the product or do not receive it, we will not refund the product price.
- When shipping overseas, products that use belts, parts, etc., that may fall under the Washington Convention will be shipped with the belts/parts removed. Please understand that the relevant belts/parts cannot be sent.
